Why are we writing here?

“Writing, to me, is simply thinking through my fingers.” — Isaac Asimov

The world of software engineering seems to be largely overtaken at the moment by voices who either discount the dramatic shift that LLMs represent in engineering progress or, conversely, are selling the idea that engineering no longer matters.

We don’t believe either of those ends of the spectrum are correct.

Often we will be writing about the limits, approaches, and opportunities we are finding as we bring LLMs and other AI tooling into our day to day engineering processes and how we see that shifting the way we work. We’ll also talk about how we see the realm of possibility changing. You can expect successes and learnings here.

How often will we be writing?

As often as we can, and as often as we need to.

We likely won’t have time every week to put out a thoughtfully written, and well researched article. I’d love for us to be able to, but as an early stage company we are moving as fast as we super humanly can to serve our users. So no commitments from us on frequency yet.

How can I follow along?

There are RSS and other feed formats on the subscribe page, and we may eventually expand this into a newsletter to make it easier to keep up.
